Driving in L.A. = Hungry & confused. Noodles/donuts, Brgrs/laundry & taco/car washes. U nvr get this in Kansas! Here comes a ice cream truck/drug dealer!
If Jesus is the answer, then what was the question?

23.2.10

I'm going back to school because Kelly(producer) & Jax(financier) told me that I should be more educated. They're my eyes & ears. Anyone hv ideas of what class?
Deciding to go back to school. At Van Nuys college. Everyone looks so lost here. Is that what school in L.A. does to you?

Cell Phone!

I'm using me cell again. Is it encrypted?

Why do the cutest girls have stinky poop?

So, my friend and I walked into a bakery today in Korea Town. It was so good. Coffee, baked goods and all. Just then a really cute girl walked in. I decided to give her a little taste of my Kansas up bringing. So, I followed her to the bathroom. I looked back to my friend and he gave the thumbs up. The wait was a little long but that was ok. Finally, after oh so many minutes, the door opened and there she was. I looked at her and began to say hi, then took a whiff and coughed really hard. I think I might have either coughed in her face or scared her, cause she walked over to this guy, they we're pointing at me. He started to come over to me and I walked super fast out the back entrance. I ran super fast back home.

Oh no, wait! I left my friend at the bakery. Gotta go!

I'm flying!!!!

I see cows!

I farted and pee'd in harmony today.

Oh art thou slandering BeJesus!

Ho ho ho, Green Giant.

Who are you? Who me? Yeah you! What?!

Tell me this sire, how many eggs does it take to cross the road? None, eggs can't walk!

HAHAHAHAHA! I am so wired!!!!

Update and N.M.

So, the show is looking pretty good. We have the trailer of Facebook up.

What up FaceBook! You know, I don't really understand you and I may be going on a tangent (is that how you spell it?) but, I think Facebook is one crazy network system. Its network marketing at its best. Haha! I just learned that word. This guy in Trader Joe's came up to me and asked if I had a job. I told him, no, cause I really don't. Then he asked me if I want to make extra money. Scared me cause the last time I was asked that, I was somehow in a situation I would rather not talk about. Dear BeJesus.

Anyhow, he gave me some packets of some crazy healthy stuff. I took it and now I'm wired. I don't know whats in it, but I'm typing away and blogging like crazy. So, the question is, what do I do now?

Hmmmmm.....

Its February 2010! Already?

Wow, time is passing by fast. I recently had a talk with Kelly and Jax about my Twitter usage. Apparently, I suck at it. Don't matter. I'm a talk show host. I like to be stupid. Just check out all the coolest talk show hosts out there. Conan, Dick, Johnny and my favorite, Ryan.

I hope this month is gonna get better cause its really feeling like Kansas here. OMG! I think I miss Kansas. Anyway, Kelly is apparently taking me out tonight. FYI, for all of you that don't know Kelly, he's known to be crazy and a little psychotic when it comes to going out. Where we'll go, no body knows. Not even him.

Pray for me!

Holiday Buffet

Lately, I haven't been able to get a hold of the internet. We haven't paid our bill so Kelly and I have to either go to the coffeeshops or visit Jax. Its really good to have a computer and type out some of my thoughts for all of you, I know its been a while.

Here's my update:

So, as you might already know, my show I am Asian, How are you? is up and ready to go. We are in post finishing up the episodes. They should be up soon. But, really what I want to talk about is Christmas with Kelly & Jax.

I decided to stay in L.A. for the holidays this year. Although, I was raised fully Christian from my white parents, I don't really know if its for me. So what I wanted to to different this year was celebrate everyone else's holiday. So, Kelly, Jax and I decided to invite people we wanted to celebrate with. Sort of like a holiday buffet.

Kelly invited this girl, Sharon to our dinner. She was so hot! Dressed in a Ms. Santa outfit. Kelly always gets these hot girls. All I ever get is "Scot is so sweet" and the hair rub. You know, when an adult does to a kid. This is why I wear a hat now. Anyway, she celebrates this day called Kwanzaa. Its the African xmas.

Here's a link: http://www.officialkwanzaawebsite.org/index.shtml

Jax brought over some homeless folks with a line of shopping carts outside our apartment. Apparently, Jax has been living on the streets. After he read what Prince William did, he decided to do the same. So far he's been out for the last few days. I just wished they all took a shower.

As far as me, I decided to bring a Ryan Seacrest look alike. What best way to celebrate with someone you really want to be celebrating with. I mean, this is who i want to be like one day and it just makes me feel good. Although, Kelly thinks I can do better, to me, there is no one better than Ryan Seacrest.

Anyways, Christmas night was so fun. We all had so much to eat and so much to share. After dinner, Kelly had dessert with Sharon in his room, Jax and his entourage of the homeless packed up their carts and went back to the streets, and I had a night of interviewing the Ryan Seacrest look alike. Soon Ryan, I will meet you.

Many Christmas blessings from Scot, Kelly and Jax.

2009 will now be 2010

Living in Los Angeles with food

Its been a couple years since I've been in Los Angeles. I'm learning that this town not only has a lot of people, it also has a lot of food. I'm a little over weight. Ten pounds to be exact. I've been eating so much. Everywhere I turn there's food. American, Mexican, Italian, Indian. You name it we got it. So, I've actually been gaining some weight the last year or so. I do my best to maintain my scrawny figure. But, geesh! When you can have pizza every night with your roommate and he loves to drink, I don't-I've never touched it. So, I end up eating, a lot! Also, there's this thing called Pho. Its actually pronounced FA! Like fa la la la la. Pho! Its noodles and soup. Kelly and Jax took me to let me soak up some of the Asian culture. I'm not very familiar of who I am. I mean, in Kansas, we have meat and potatoes. I know, I'm not very cultured. Anyhoo, they brought me here. It was amazing. It took me a while to eat it cause, well, I'm not very good at using chopsticks. I know, I know. But, where I grew up, I grew up in a white town. No other ethnicities. I think I was the only Asian. I mean, I was adopted, so my parents, white, only knew what they knew. God bless their soul.

But the main reason I'm writing this blog today is that, Kelly(my producer) and Jax(my financier) told me I had to lose weight. We're almost done with this first 6 episodes of our show. They noticed I looked a little chubby. Well, "not tv thin". So, they told me to lose ten pounds cause the camera adds ten pounds. Ugh! Ok ok!

I'll keep you posted on my weight and the new trailer thats coming out. As well as, our new charity water PSA. Lookout for it and donate.

My buddy Richard is helping us with that. He's a good guy! So, looking forward to hearing from you as you join my blog. And I'll be back with more info!

Who knew making a show could be so intense. Kelly, Jax and I have been making some good stuff. Look out for it por favor!

I have got the idea of a lifetime. Me & Kelly are gonna do something big. Getting ready to visit my old college roommate Jax. Nervous!

God… am I depressed!

Alright, I quit my job. I’m a free man! Free to do whatever I want. Free to chase my dreams. Free to stay up late any night I want. Free to run wild…. Blah blah blah.

But I have no idea what I want to do.

I keep looking through the classifieds and all I see are jobs that:

A) I’m extremely unqualified for that pay amazingly well – tempting, the money’s good

B) Jobs I’m moderately qualified for that I have no interest in actually doing

C) Jobs I am qualified for that closely resemble the job I’ve left and/or would become just like the job I’ve left

At least I have unemployment, right? My roommate Kelly (have I mentioned him before? Of course I have, he's the one on my ass!) says I can come work with him, but I’m not sure I’d like his line of work either (long story for another time). I don’t think I’ve left my room in three days. It’s hard to tell because the shades and drawn and I knocked over my alarm clock when I went “into hibernation” and never bothered to plug it back in.

Okay… the whining is done. I’m going to try to pull it together. Thanks for bearing with me. I hope I have some good news to share soon.

Women in Los Angeles...

So, the other night I had my first date in Los Angeles. Finally I said, someone I can go out with that's not my roommate. Sorry Kelly. I met her around the corner from my house. She had come up to me and started talking. I didn't know what to do. I thought I was being punked. By who, I don't know cause I only know a few people out here. Anyways, I asked her if she wanted to get something to eat. She said ok, so we went to the McDonald's around the corner from my house.

So, we went up and ordered food. I bought of course, that's how my mama taught me. We sat had a great time. She has dark hair, dark eyes and looks a little like a young Marilyn Monroe. She also smelled good. We talked about almost everything. I mean, stuff that I was allowed to talked with her about. For some reason, she wouldn't answer some things. But that didn't matter. I was having a good time. So as we finished our meal, I got the happy meal btw. Yeah, I know but it reminds me of my 10th birthday when my mom got me a huge b-day party at Micky D's.

So, back to the story. As we walked out of there, she quickly grabbed my hand. L.A. women are aggressive, I thought. Nothing like Kansas women. But, nonetheless I was on my first official Los Angeles DATE!!!! She asked me where I live and asked if we could go there. I was like, I just met you. I usually don't like to invite people to my place on first dates. Just in case, you know.

Then, she looked kinda impatient. So, she asked me to follow her into the bathroom in the McDonald's. I asked her why. She told me just do it. I agreed. I thought maybe she was scared or something. I don't live in the best areas right now, so I understand. So we went to the bathroom and she quickly tried to undress me. I mean she tried to un-zip my pants and all. I wouldn't let her. I mean, there a thing in my town about being a virgin and all. I'm waiting for the right person and I don't even know who this lady is.

So, when I stopped her, she wanted me to do weird stuff. I said, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT ANY OF THAT IS!" Then she got really mad and slapped me. After that, she asked me for money. I told her that all the money I had I bought us dinner. She got so mad. She stormed out of the bathroom making a scene and yelled out some disturbing things.

What is wrong with ladies in L.A. I don't get. Is it me? Am I not understanding what a girl needs here in Los Angeles. Can anyone help me understand?

My DVD Player SUX!

Not having a job sucks. I mean all i do now is watch TV and play my dvd's. One of my fave's is Caddy Shack. You know, the golf flick with Chevy Chase. I love that film. I must of watched that film over 200 times. Or, I'll be sitting here at (what time is it? 12:45am) watching Craig Ferguson. He's a funny Scotsman. I like him. I wish I had his job. I want to be doing what he's doing. I mean, its so fun. All you do is talk and interview people and talk some more and....Um, not sure what else, but you get the point.

Anyways, I think my dvd player is burnt out. Its not really playing. Maybe I got to clean it or something. Maybe a new one? I wonder where Kelly's credit card is.

Ahhhh, I'm getting sleepy. Am I making any sense right now? Not sure. I need some help. I mean, I don't drink, don't do drugs, I don't even like coffee. What am I doing here? I know, I'm being random, but I think its just one of those days, I've got male PMS or something.

Ok, going to bed now. Sleepy. Snooooore......

Doing it, doing it, done!

Hey guys,

So I’ve been talking a little about how I get in trouble with my boss.  I feel I’m in the right most of the time...you know what, I’m right most of the time.  Sure I get in trouble, but it’s not because I’m a bad person, I’m just not as sneaky as some of my other co-workers.  Don’t get me wrong, I love those guys, but it seems like if anyone’s bending the rules a little bit, it’s going to be me that gets caught.  Anyway, a little venting, I should be good now.

I think the reason I’m kind of upset is I’m pumping myself up to leave catering.  I’ve been at it for a while(2 months), more than a while actually(2 months is a long time), and it just doesn’t do anything for me.  One of my friends got me the job and we had a great time for about a month (then he quit, what a bastard) but it’s never been anything but something to make money.

The problem is: I don’t know what I want to do.

So why not stay with catering for now.  I’m just afraid that I’m just going to keep saying that and it’s going to be ten years down the road and I’ll say “Where the hell did my life go?”

Alright, so I’m not really afraid of that… the chances of me working another four months without the manager and I having a gigantic fight is slim.  Oh yeah, I’m ready to throw down every once is a while… I took Junior Boxing classes at the Y.  I just don’t want to do this any more.  Alright, I’m going to quit.  You talked my into it.  Come Thursday morning I’ll be a free man.

Wish me luck, guys.  Kelly's gonna kill me.

I'm getting close people. I think I will make a final decision. This week. Who's coming with me?
